It would be nice when entering Jobs if Sage would prefill the number instead of manually entering it and trying to remember which one you used for the previous record without pulling up the list.

• I believe it does, we don't have a problem. Use your Admin settings F7 in the job field and the default should be NEXT

• Yes! Job #'s should autogenerate if your Admin settings are correct. Also, when looking up a job, have you tried the search feature available by typing in a few of the first letters of the job name within the job name field, and using PgDn of PgUp you will easily find your job. (Works for many of the field within Sage)
