A very common report for banking and reporting requirements is an INCOME STATEMENT BY QUARTER. This is not available in Sage, which is beyond comprehension to me. PLEASE make typical reports readily available. Thank you.

I'm not clear what you are seeking. All the standard reports have the ability to include multiple periods. Are you looking to display each month and the entire quarter?
I believe she is referring to a comparative quarterly statement that shows income and expenses for the three-month period selected, against the same period prior year, and on the same statement y-t-d numbers for the current year and the prior year.
