Documents that we attach in Sage menu 11-2 are not visible in SSO if we attach by creating a link to the file. Any item linked to somewhere outside of the Sage attachments folder displays the error "File is empty." when attempting to view it in SSO.

The file can always still be opened in from Sage 100 menu 11-2, just not in SSO. This is preventing our technicians from being able to view important documents that are attached to our work orders, and if they need something urgently they have to call the office to have someone email the document to them.

Like many users we utilize the drag and drop option of attaching files, and also regularly store our attachments outside of the Sage Attachments folder. If SSO could follow the file path to open the documents just as it opens in Sage 100, then it would solve this issue.
