Please add the MO LS-57 template the Report Criteria. As it stands, only Federal and Alaska forms are available. The report in Aatrix is not working properly. The second page does not carry over the benefits of employees, all information must be manually entered. Also need the CPR in a .csv or .xls document, which isn't available in the Aatrix but is available in Sage.

Please get someone on State of Alaska Certified Payroll Reports ASAP! To do this all manually I would have to hire another person.
