Employees work at several locations. It would be helpful for them to see their timecard detail on their paystubs with the date, hours and rate of pay.

  • There isn't enough room on a paystub to show the required deductions AND timecard info. All employees should have a copy of their own timecard each week as they are the ones submitting their time in the first place.

  • Sherry D A, I disagree. For those who receive live checks an additional page might be necessary, but this would definitely not be an issue for those with direct deposit. Also, not all information from tmcdln would be needed.

    Our company has employees report time via an app that, after payroll is processed, employees are unable to see their punches. Adding basic information to the check/deposit stub, such as Date/Day/Job/Hours, similar to the paygroups in reports 5-2-4-36 and 5-2-4-37, would be beneficial. This would assist employees in identifying where they missed a punch, if there was an error with work allocation (incorrect job) or if there was a technical issue with the payroll app/Sage 100 Contractor.

    Sage - Please give this enhancement serious consideration
