To Start - Any night work for hours that start in the evening and pass midnight should NOT require a clock out at midnight to clock back in right away for proper time tracking. It’s extremely inconvenient and not practical to expect workers to set their alarm, stop their work, clock out and clock back in for night jobs.
Secondly, system calculations which accidentally do pass from previous night, say 11pm to 530am the next morning calculates at 17.5 hours. The process of payroll from SSO to Sage needs to be corrected not only for easier processing but also from a legal standpoint. This should be promptly made a priority.
