Our Proposals are presented as a lump sum number but each cost code has its own line with a description of the work, what an allowance may be and who will perform that work. It would be great if in 6-5 (Cost Codes) you could put a templated description (allow off or on use) that would print on a Proposal. For example, it would look like: "PLUMBING FIXTURES - We have included an allowance of $5,000.00 for plumbing fixtures. This includes the kitchen sink, kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, bar sink, bar faucet, master bath toilet and master bath sink faucets."

This way when you enter the cost code in the proposal, this would automatically populate and then you would just adjust as needed by job. Rather than copy and paste from templates all of the time. We create Proposals first and then a budget if we get the job.
