Regardless of a users security rights in Sage 100 they can see the trial balance through the GL Account lookup window.

In any form where a user enters a GL account, they can open the GL Account Lookup Window which contains Beginning, Ending and Starting Balances. There is no way to prevent the user from seeing these except to hide the columns and hope they don't know they can unhide them.

In essence an unauthorized user can recreate the companies trial balance from the GL Account lookup window. This is a huge security issue!!!
