I have to track minority hours on project. I created a report to tell me this, but I had to use statement email as the field to pull from for the report. I put Minority Participation for the statement email. I already user def 1 and 2 for other reports I have special reporting to do. Could use more User Def, and it would be nice to be able to change the name from User def. I use Mod name now if a PO needs sales tax and use Lot # for our FOB on our Po's.

  • From what I have learned, your company Sage administrator can change the name of the fields if this is something the company wants across the board.
