we constantly have problems with employees posting labor or purchasing materials on jobs that are closed. I would like to see an option where all features of the job are visible yet only for information purposes, but you can prevent posting and purchasing against it.

• Good luck with getting Sage to implement this suggestion. It took them 5 years to implement the change for voiding checks.
