The workaround in the Knowledgebase for this is to use SMTP for outgoing email. That is not an option for some of us.
It would be nice to be able to send direct deposit emails using Outlook 2019 and newer.
Currently, Sage is not compatible with the latest Office 365 version of Outlook and throws the error:
"Unable to send email via Outlook: Sorry, something went wrong. You may want to try again."
