There are some instances when phases are created in the 3-5 and having the option in the contract summary to select the phase and isolate that information would be so helpful! Sometimes a Client sends separate labor and materials contracts for the same job (in the case of a tax exempt situation). If there was a drop down box in the contract summary box, enabling us to select the "labor phase" for example, we could easily see the total contract to date, and what has been invoiced for that phase only.

Of course having the option to view 0-phase or "all phases" too would be a great feature enabling a person to view all info for all phases together in the summary box.

This enables the Change orders, invoicing, retention, etc. that are specific to a phase would then all be viewable together and show up in the contract summary as needed
