We voided a payroll check that had expenses originally charged to a job that is now closed and inactive. The system still credited the job when we voided the check and no warning was given.

This will put my WIP schedule and YTD job expenses out of balance. We marked the job inactive to prevent postings like this but the system overrode itself.
