I would like to see the 5-2-1 have fully customizable field properties as it pertains to permitting access to viewing each cell. We need our Safety Representative and a couple of selected office employees have the ability to see information pertaining to an employee that they would need in order to perform a task they are responsible for, without giving them visibility into the more confidential information such as Earnings, Raises, Hire History, Payroll, Notes entered into the yellow note and attachments.

Seems like there are a lot of fields that have been modified to be more customizable with the ability to change access permissions, but certainly not all of of the fields we were consider to be highly confidential to the security group who needs access to the more broad dataset of information.

Being able to apply the access to the whole button as opposed to individual cells would be ideal too. So if we we don't want a person to have access to Raise History, the button would appear grayed out for them.
