We need to have more options in the 11-2 under status example: when the work order is created it stays wok order, but once the tech completes the work there is nothing to show the work has been done and ready to invoice. There needs to be something in place in order for the biller to know its ready and also to appear on the work order reports. I have been dispatching for over 23 years and I have always had this function in the dispatch program I worked with.
