When send alot of invoices to customers as well as many others here. Coming from Quickbooks it was so easy to send Emails and fast.

You create a template for each kind of email IE invoices, Statements, Work orders ECT

If we were able to set templates for emails that way we would not have to type it out each time or edit per customer
Like lets say i have standard template for Invoices instead of personalizing it for joe blow Sage would auto populate the customers name and details of the invoice and then also populate the subject line of the Email with IE.

Deposit Invoice Ref: [invoice number] From Keywest Lights & Electric

or

Final Payment Ref: [invoice number] From Keywest Lights & Electric

or

Progress Billings Ref: [Job Name] from Keywest Lights & Electric

This would be a major time saver and more productive work flow
