We need a method for calculating overtime. The new feature is nice, but doesn't fit the industry. With time coming in from simple time or daily payroll, the auto overtime in payroll records doesn't work.
We need a procedure that could be run prior to final calculation that would "apply" overtime. I envision something that ran from top to bottom in payroll records. When 40 hours are reached, the record would split if needed and all remaining became overtime. I know this doesn't fit all, but its a start. Options to spread overtime across all jobs, overtime after 8 hours in a day, etc. could be added later.
