In 5-2-4 Direct Deposit Email Settings, there is the option to add a custom Email Message.
Only plain text is allowed.
It would be useful if HTML formatted text was allowed. One use would be to add an Unsubscribe link to the emails, to help with email deliverability.

To implement this, the interface could have a toggle for "Allow HTML Formatted Text". When the toggle is on, the content of the Email Message box would be encapsulated with Content-Type of "text/html" rather than the current default of Content-Type "text/plain".
