Sometimes our field reports come back with a pseudonym which we include at the end of the Sage job name.

Search the entire job name, not just the beginning.

For a workaround, I made a binocular report where the Location "contains" the input word(s). It is great for looking up a job where I only know the street name & not the full address. It would work for you too if the job name "contained" a keyword.
