In employee profile there should also be a section to keep journal entries on employees such as benefits starts and terminations like 401k, insurance, etc. Also dates of activity such as meetings, hr issues, and also dates of action.

Yes, it would be good to have start and end dates for benefits per employee. We are constantly looking elsewhere to retrieve the data.
