During the payroll archive, you only have the option to remove all employees with certain types. We would like to keep all employees for a certain time after their inactive date. It would be great to add the capability to archive records on or before a certain Inactive date.

If you could also add an "Inactive Date" field to the Vendor screen, so that we could remove vendors after a certain inactive date, that would be helpful too. This could clean out some vendors we moved to "Inactive" and then forgot about them.
