While keying in timecards, it's easy to accidentally enter hours worked or another incorrect value in the pay rate column. Sage provides no warning if the pay rate is altered from the default set in the employee record. We have taken to running additional reports to ensure that all pay totals match with the hours worked, but it would be extremely helpful if Sage also flagged such unexpected changes.
