This idea had 102 votes and is marked completed, however, I've been in communication with G Hollister, who has told me this function is not actually available nor has it been completed. We process payroll weekly usually on Monday or Tuesday for a Friday pay date. It would be helpful if we could schedule the direct deposit stubs to be emailed later in the week rather than when processing.

We have the same process. This function would be highly beneficial, saving time and effort for our HR/Payroll team.
I agreed. We're a small company and I normally processed payroll before I left for PTO and while on vacation, I have to login Sage and send out email to employee for Direct Deposit Stubs. There is time I have no internet access or problem connecting.
You can email direct deposit stub later, by assigning direct deposit check numbers in 5-2-5. You can email the stub later by going to 5-2-4, choose the dd stub you wish to email, click "reprint check stub" and put the period end date and click print to email.
