when entering an employees hours and location there is no way to pull an employees days he hasn't showed up to the job. the system requires a wage rate. how can we get that information inputted if the system doesn't allow tracking. we want to be able to pull a querry on the employee, or the months payroll hours to be able to show current months total hours of those classifed as a no call no show.

Great idea. It would be nice to be able to track when an employee doesn't show up or calls out. Being able to pull a query and not trying to track it thru notes.
I agree the whole payroll module needs to be beefed up. In addition, it should be able to figure out weighted average overtime after all the time is entered. And the reports also need to be beefed up. I have had to create so many queries to get the information I need. BLAH! Not looking forward to year end!
