I need my Divison Managers to be able to dive into their income reports without having to give them access to the entire GL feature.
I need to be able to say this user type can view 2-4 all except cash accounts or specific accounts.
So they can control their budgets, but not view the entire companies accounts.

I agree. I don't know why the system does not allow us to restrict certain GL Accounts. I have employees handling credit cards and I want them to review the transactions they're posting without having the ability to view balance sheet, revenue, and other accounts they should not be seeing. This should prevent them from viewing reports as well and Journals containing these GL Accts.
