I was looking forward to loading our budgets for the new year and provided budget vs actual income statements, only to discover that there is no automatically calculated variance column and the report cannot be modified to add it.

Unbelievable really - what's the point? I will now be forced to export to excel, calculate the variance myself and modify into a presentable report.

  • I couldn't agree more. Very disappointing to see there is no variance column. That's the whole point of a Budget vs Actual report, what is the variance!!
