Article 230609171933050 (how to track line of credit) is somewhat helpful, but when you enter the Vendor (institution where the advance came from), that debt does not show up in AP Aging Report. As it looks now in Sage after entering from the article, it does not look like you owe the line of credit, but it does show balance in the GL liability account. It really needs to be shown in AP Aging so a person is aware of a balance and you can generate a check to pay back.
