Currently there are two levels of approval in Simple Time Entry (5-6). They are (1) Review Time (5-6-3) and Approve Time (5-6-4). There should be a third level (actually 1st level) for site super to approve time for the field staff as the Project Managers and Payroll staff aren't at project sites everyday.

For instance:

Level 1 Approval (5-6-???) - Site Super
Level 2 Review Time (5-6-3) - Project PM
Level 3 Approve Time (5-6-4) - Payroll Staff

With the current review/approval set-up there is no way the site-super can monitor what field staff are inputting, unless we make them the time Reviewer (5-6-3). But then you are by passing the Project Manager
