I have issues with some of the state forms where the information is incomplete or erroneous. On the MA form the Awarding Authority prepopulates with my company name. There should be a box or field in the Job Screen where we can enter the Awarding Authority as it usually is the Town or #####. Also the same from requires a Prevailing Wage Schedule there is no where to enter this information in the Job Screen as well to prefill this is.
The CT form the workers comp information needs to entered manually, as well as the employees OSHA certification numbers. I feel that there should be a area in the company set-up to enter and update the workers comp information so it can prefill in the form. The OSHA number should also have a field in the employee profile so that it can be brought over when using the Certified Payroll Forms. Having to enter this information can be very tedious especially when there are multiple projects that need to be generated each week.
