Under 5-2-1 Employees, under General Information, there needs to be a space for drivers license # and state.
I have to submit base access requests frequently (for DoD work) and am always looking for this information. It would be nice if it was all located with the employee information in Sage.

I came to this company well after 100C was set up and in use so forgive me if I reference a custom item but it is referenced in online help.
At the bottom of 5-2-1 General Information we have six click boxes - Earnings, Payroll, Licenses, Training, Raise History and Hire History. Within the Licenses box the columns are License Type, License #, Exp. Date, and Notes.
In 5-1-1 option 41 is Employee Licenses and 46 is Employee Licenses - Alpha. The numbering indicates the reports are system standard and not custom.
