Currently there is not a way for the employer match to calculate correctly in all instances when the employee has a cash fringe. For example, we have employees who participate in our IRA benefit, for which the company contributes up to a 3% match. The employee also has health insurance and another pre-tax health benefit (AFLAC type policy). The calculation works correctly unless the AFLAC type pre-tax deduction applies, the the employer match is not correct and has to be calculated manually for each pay period. Please fix this as most construction companies will have to pay cash fringes at some point and this is a construction accounting system. This would be applicable to all companies who ever have to pay a cash fringe on employees with other pre-tax benefits.

I have changed the order of the calculations to see if it would work but nothing seems to avoid manual calculations.
