With the new additions to the WH-347 in January 2025, I recommend adding the following fields to the 3-5 Jobs, Certified Payroll Tab to allow for import of pertinent information into Aatrix.

Please make the following enhancements:

Add Fields:

- Wage Determination #
-Name of Certifying Official (for use if only one person certifies payroll)
-Title of Certifying Official (for use if only one person certifies payroll)
-Email Address of Certifying Official (for use if only one person certifies payroll)
-Phone Number of Certifying Official (for use if only one person certifies payroll)

In a Sub Form on this tab add the following:

Bone Fide Fringe Benefit Programs

Fields:
-FB Name
-FB Type
-Plan No.
-Funded
-Unfunded

This information is not currently included on the Certified Payroll tab. For companies with multiple Prevailing Wage projects, this enhancement will greatly reduce manual entry errors and further reduce the time needed to complete the report, which is currently estimated by the US Gov't. at 55 minutes per report. (See Public Burden Statement at the bottom of the WH-347)
