Sage 100 Contractor knows exactly who to send each PO and Subcontract to — so why can’t it send them all at once?

Sage 100 Contractor already has all the data needed to bulk email POs and Subcontract Agreements — PO type, Subcontract Agreement type, and recipient email addresses are stored in 4-4 Vendors/Subcontractors, and vendors are linked to line items in 9-5 Takeoffs. Yet, users are still forced to send each document individually.

A Bulk Email button would let users select multiple POs or Subcontracts and send each to its assigned recipient with one click, saving hours of manual work, reducing errors, and streamlining vendor communications.

Procore and QuickBooks have solved this; Sage should too. Users have been requesting this for years with no progress, despite it being a simple improvement that would deliver an immediate productivity boost.
