FOR RHODE ISLAND CPR
1. The RI State seal does not show up on the form. This was an issue three years age. I contacted many parties at the state level and I was told Aatrix would be allowed to duplicate the state seal on the report. I gave Aatrix personnel the contact information and phone number. Well three years later, Aatrix STILL HAS NOT incorporated the state seal to the form.
2. When I go to print the RI certified payroll form, the "days of the week" disappear and I need to mannually type them in.
3. There should be a "field" in each Job (3-5) to put in the "Wage Request number" and "Decision Date" to populate to the certified payroll automatically. It is time consuming to type it in every week on multiple projects.
4. There should be a "field" in each Job (3-5) to put in the "Where Fringe Benefits are paid to approved funds or programs" (a)1-6 on the Statement of Compliance. It is time consuming to type it in every week on multiple projects.
5. All " APS, APO, RH & RO" hours an employee has worked for the week should populate to to the correct rows and days an employee has worked.
6. Detailed calculations should be allowed to be setup individually (due to other states reporting) and then totaled to show the "hourly fringe benefits"
7. "List all PW projects in APS/APO" should populate from employees other APS/APO projects worked on for that week.
