there are some clients that did not install the YE tax update with the new FED OT feature before they started processing 2026 payroll records. It could be they never received the notification in the software, never saw a post in Sage Community, were awaiting an update for a 3rd party app, etc. I am told that if they only soft closed that the 2026 records may possibly been calculated. However if they archived the payroll, then running the new feature under options only worked in the 2025 archive. When we tried to run it today in the main company we get this message: No payroll records were found with overtime or premium wages for 2025. We now need that to calculate for 2026 records as well.
