The payroll module is archaic with clunky unnecessary procedures.
Replace trial calculation and final calculation with real time check information once hours are entered the same as Sage 50. Saves time and improves information flow and accuracy in a single entry point.
Add additional pay rates that can be customized for each employee. This allows you to have staff that have a regular rate, OT rate, Rate 2 (prevailing wage job) Rate 3 (prevailing wage OT) all with in a single pay period.

If you want to see archaic you should have seen the program we were on before - Sage is years ahead of what we were using. Im not going to bash another program, however the one we were using was dos based and SO slow and not user friendly at all!
