There might have been an update to 5-1-5-96 for Washington because it is now including sick, vacation, and bonus hours. The Department of Labor and Industries excludes these hours. It was fine before for many years. Now 5-1-5-21 will have to be used. Please change back 5-1-5-96 for Washington.
