Allow custom fields to be editable!

The Post Office increased the character count on certified mailing labels from 20 to 22. The current field is limited to 20 characters and cannot be changed. Today, the only workaround is to recreate all fields and update the form, so it pulls from the new fields instead of the old ones. Allowing custom fields to be edited would save time and help prevent accidental deletion of fields linked to older letters. These fields are linked to the Notice to Owner letter we send out.
