Add ability to access ship-to's without first selecting customer.

• How could you know what ship-to you were looking for unless you knew the customer first?

• You get the customer ship to name, address, state, zip, etc to search for. We have a client who has multiple ship to addresses and some have different names (as well as addresses).. they need to search by that to find the customer then need.
