AR Customer needs to have straight YTD and PYTD sales fields. It is too cumbersome to total them when writing custom reports in Crystal and impossible when using excel.

  • While I agree that it would be useful, it is very easy to do in Excel using Pivot Tables pulling data from the AR history table.

  • Like before the 4.2 version. Tree buckets. PTD, YTD and Last Year.

  • To ensure the integrity of the YTD fields, it would be nice to have a built-in function (similar to rebuilding sort files) that recalcs the totals based on the periodc totals introduced in 4.1. This could also be implemented in A/P (vendor totals).

  • I agree that AR Customer needs to have YTD and PTYD sales. Why should we have to create custom Crystal reports or Excel pivot tables to get information that should be standard information within the software? It was readily available in the earlier versions of Mas90, why couldn't the programmers figure it out for the newer version? Another issue is the fact that Mas90 Customer support doesn't know Crystal Reports, yet it is the backbone of all of their reports within the software. They should be able to know the program to provide assistance. The programmers also couldn't figure out how to successfully convert data from the older versions of Mas90 to the new 4.40 version. As a result, all prior sales data is not available with the "canned" reports in Mas90. The only way to get the data is to write custom reports. This is not productive when working with customers on the phone. What a nightmare!

  • I also want this back
    I'm migrating from Mas90 4.05 to Mas200 4.5 and I miss these fields already.
80% of my custom report and extraction data is bases off of these fields.

  • Use the Customer Sales Analysis standard report as your base report - it will have the calculated fields in it already.
