Add ability to use Miscellaneous Charges and Comments from Bill of Materials in Work Order.

• A definate need for this! Current user has established comment lines to indicate the BOM for each "layer" of poly film. Since each layer of film is added at the same time, creating a subassimbly does not apply here. The comment lines have to be re-entered manually to the WO.

• This is a biggie for me, we use the Bill of Materials to track labour with miscellaneous charges. Work Order doesnt capture this, it only reports inventory items...
