Ability to disable the fax cover page when faxing forms or reports in Paperless Office

• We would like to switch over our invoicing to using Paperless Office but would like to have this modified first. We definitely would like an option to disable fax cover pages.

• I agree that the cover page should be disabled. It's extra paper that our vendors don't need.
