Using the third party Service Modules creates issues when applying a fix or upgrading. The source code is so heavily rewritten that each time an upgrade is performed customers have to hire to reprogram. This is a major issue if additional modules are not part of the Framework.

Typically if you are on maintenance with a 3rd party, such as JOB-OPS, you get the upgrades included.
ASI Service Center is scheduled to be re-written to the Business Framework. That being said. Third part add-ons are beyond the control of Sage. It is up to the MD to bring them into the Business Framework.
Upgrades "are included" unfortunately if you have any other add-on modules such as a Point of Sale programming must be done and this is not included in the price of the upgrade.
When can we expect the ASI Service Center to be re-written to the Business Framework?
