Ability to have a zip code look up tool when setting up a new prospect or customer in CRM, just like you have in MAS. When then customer is created in MAS from CRM, if there was a bad zip code in CRM or if the City is spelled wrong, the bad data comes over. Would be good to prevent it in the first place.

Real time postal verification or zip code database updates monthly via subscription. Or use ups/Fedex web tools to check address at entry. A good address at entry eliminates returned mail or delayed shipments.
It is crazy to me that this is not built in.
