Ability to have a zip code look up tool when setting up a new prospect or customer in CRM, just like you have in MAS. When then customer is created in MAS from CRM, if there was a bad zip code in CRM or if the City is spelled wrong, the bad data comes over. Would be good to prevent it in the first place.

• Real time postal verification or zip code database updates monthly via subscription. Or use ups/Fedex web tools to check address at entry. A good address at entry eliminates returned mail or delayed shipments.
