Within the MAS EES product, there is no way to launch SAGE CRM. You have to use a bookmarked link in Internet Explorer to lauch the product. Who is going to remember the url link to the dll file to lauch the CRM.

No way to customize MAS on the main window to add a task link or program link to CRM.

May can do it within a task window by adding a button but thats one more step to launch CRM.

You got CRM option setup and some other CRM task but nothing to launch the actual CRM application.

Overall a big miss with EES & CRM.
