Add additional pricing options to Inventory Item Pricing as Customer/Valid Date, Price Level/Valid Date, and Customer/Price Level/Valid Date.

This would greatly enhance the very limited functionality of the current Sale (promotion) feature. It will also facilitate planned/scheduled promotions. The lack of the latter functionality was key in us losing a major opportunity to Navision.
