In 4.4 the issue was resolved where you could not select by SO Header UDFs. But even in 4.4, if you auto generate orders, SO header UDFs do not get populated in the generated SO. Customer cannot use the auto generate orders functionality because there is critical data in the repeating order header udfs. User will have to manually create each order and COPY from the repeating order. In addition to being labor intensive, this workaround results in the created standard orders NOT having the reference to the repeating order.
