How about adding a field for the user's email address in the user table? This could then be used in Paperless office as a "From Address" so that the recepient could reply directly to the person who entered the SO order (or PO or resent the SO invoice from history). This would provide valued flexibility in paperless office functionality!!!!

Totally agree.
I have one client that could use this - they now have it, but in a customization.
This now exists - should be put in the completed list
The e mail is in the user table, however it would be nice to automatically have the e mail address of user used as the from e mail address in sending the document.
