In this day and age we should be able to send sales orders like many companies DO...IN HTML! PDF ATTACHMENT is OUTDATED!
We should have HTML options for color, bold, etc. when sending ANY EMAIL FROM ANY PAPERLESS OFFICE component.

HTML maybe a good upgrade option, but not at the expense of PDF... PDF is THE standard for document archival and sometimes the ONLY one accepted into our legal system.
