The quotation would look professional when presenting to a customer without the upper case fields required in MAS200

Can you explain?
In there are specific fields that must be keyed in Upper Case. So the general rule followed is that everything is keyed into MAS using the upper case feature. Unfortunately when presenting a quote to a customer upper case looks unprofessional. I have created a Crystal Report for the Quote to use a formula to use mixed case.
